Materials:
- Hula hoop
- Timer (if desired)
Procedure:
- Everyone will stand in a circle holding hands.
- Have two children separate their hands, put a hula hoop around their hands and rejoin their hands.
- Explain that the hula hoop must be passed around the entire circle without separating their hands.
Assessment:
- Observe and record each student’s participation and gross motor skills during the activity.
